With this foundation, I started my career as a recruitment consultant in the IT sector, where I provided a full 360 recruitment experience. This allowed me to gain experience in finding and matching talent with challenging IT positions. I later made the switch to Electronics & Embedded Systems, where I further expanded my skills and expertise.

I also currently focus on Electronics & Embedded Systems here at YER. With empathy, flexibility and listening skills, I ensure lasting matches between clients and candidates, to set your ambitions into motion. This is because I myself have a constant drive to grow and meet new challenges. For me, there’s nothing better than the feeling of accomplishment I get after overcoming an obstacle.
