In my role as a Field Marketing Specialist, I am responsible for increasing YER’s visibility among students and building strong, long-term relationships with students, studyassociations, and educational institutions.

You will often find me on campus, at study associations, and during events, where I actively connect with students and help them understand what YER can offer. I support students throughout their studies in exploring the job market and guide them step by step toward a suitable start to their careers. By combining personal interaction with a targeted approach, I build lasting relationships and contribute to the inflow of new talent.
