After studying Business Management, I worked as a financial and HR consultant. My current role draws on my background and affinity for numbers as I specialize in placing highly qualified and experienced financial professionals. What is unique about my approach is that despite my drive to achieve a sale, I never lose sight of the human aspect. I am a born matchmaker and am always genuinely interested in the people I talk to. Being a good listener, providing structure and getting to the bottom of things come naturally to me. As a native of Rotterdam, I also inject a healthy dose of common sense. The way I see it, there is a difference between working side by side and working together.
