Before I joined YER in 2022, I had worked in the hospitality industry for thirteen years, nine of which as a manager, followed by 18 months in job placement. As a result, I’ve got plenty of experience in responding quickly and putting people first, as well as with dealing with application procedures, evaluation interviews and career development interviews.
