To assess whether a candidate is the right fit for an organization, I listen carefully to their ambitions, think outside the box, and take stock of all their options. I look at not only the résumé or diplomas, but also the person behind the candidate and what drives them. My approach is characterized by empathy, persistence and creativity, and I’m highly motivated to learn and improve.
