I have enjoyed working in job placement since May 2024, focusing specifically on engineering and mechanical engineering. What drives me in this profession are the personal conversations with candidates. By listening carefully and asking the right questions, I get a clear picture of their ambitions and wishes.
The best moment? That's when you help a candidate find a job that suits him or her perfectly. And when, after a few months, I hear that the person is completely in place, I know that I have made a difference. This is what makes recruitment valuable to me.
