Specialization
Since 2015, I have been working as a recruitment specialist, focusing on connecting professionals with organizations undergoing growth, transformation, and integration. In my role as Senior Consultant at YER, I facilitate placements at senior management and executive level. My specialization lies within HR, Finance, Operations, and General Management, with a strong focus on industrial and technically driven environments. With a background in law and experience on both the corporate and agency side, I am able to fully understand the challenges at play and recognize the importance of approaching them from multiple perspectives, allowing me to quickly and clearly get to the core of the matter.
What defines my approach is that I look beyond the vacancy itself: understanding where it originates from and where the organization aims to go. I focus on creating sustainable matches that contribute to organizational objectives and work closely with clients to ensure that candidates can be successful within the specific context of the organization.
