As a Sales Support professional, I combine my background in hotel management and hospitality with a strong passion for service, structure, and collaboration. My experience in a dynamic, customer‑focused environment has taught me the importance of anticipating needs, maintaining overview, and responding effectively to both client and colleague requirements. Personal contact and hospitality are at the core of my way of working.
Within YER, I support the sales process by taking operational pressure off colleagues and ensuring that everything behind the scenes runs smoothly and in a structured manner. In my role, I act as a link between internal teams and external partners, with a strong focus on large clients, MSPs, and brokers. Transparency, quality, and collaboration are key in everything I do.
Internally, I support processes related to new clients by carefully requesting, processing, and safeguarding the correct information. This creates a solid administrative foundation that enables consultants to work efficiently and accurately. Externally, I collaborate with large, nationwide organizations, ensuring insight and control over the partnership. I monitor how relationships develop, track agreed KPIs, and ensure vacancies are picked up and filled in a timely and qualitative manner.
What drives me is supporting others so they can excel in their roles.
