My career started at VDL Nedcar, where I gained over nine years of experience in various roles – from production planning and inventory control to technical engineering project leadership.Before joining YER, I worked as a Business Manager in the technical services sector, where I was responsible for leading engineers, developing client relationships and delivering technical projects across multiple industries. This role significantly strengthened my commercial and advisory skills. In 2025, I joined YER as a Consultant Supply Chain, where I support organizations in filling both permanent positions and solving temporary capacity or expertise challenges. Thanks to my technical background, I quickly grasp what’s needed and can respond effectively – whether it's a structural addition or the temporary deployment of a specialist from my network. What sets me apart is my combination of supply chain expertise, hands-on experience, and strong people skills. I create successful matches through engagement, honesty and analytical thinking. I listen closely, focus on solutions and deliver results – always with a long-term partnership in mind.
