Mark has over 15 years of experience connecting supply and demand in the (IT) labor market. With his MSc and broad background in communication and organizational management, he feels at home in the worlds of finance, governance, HR, sales, and marketing, enabling him to serve our top accounts across the board, with a focus on IT. In addition, he has more than ten years of experience as a manager of a unit consisting of multiple regional teams, giving him strong insight into how to align people, processes, and client needs.

In his role, Mark often sits at the table with key decision-makers and maintains relationships at all levels, from team management to executive leadership. He is responsible for multiple large accounts, focusing on building and expanding sustainable, long-term relationships with both existing and new clients. His expertise includes business development, stakeholder and partner management, delivery, contract management, and strategic advising on clients’ personnel and organizational goals.

Outside of work, Mark is a passionate ball and combat sports enthusiast — from padel to the kickboxing ring — but most of his time is devoted to his family with three children.
