Since 2014, I’ve been active in the field of recruitment and staffing. I started out as a seconded professional myself, before moving to the other side of the table. From working as a recruiter in special education to becoming a Senior Account Manager in finance at BAS Consultancy. I don’t just focus on short-term goals — I look at the bigger picture. I want to understand what truly makes someone happy in their work, and what an organization genuinely needs — even if that need hasn’t been clearly expressed yet.
