After completing my bachelor’s degree in Commercial Economics, I started my career in recruitment. I entered this field somewhat by coincidence, but quickly discovered that it suits me very well.

What appeals to me most about this profession is its dynamic nature: being in close contact with candidates and helping them find their next challenge within the spatial domain. Throughout the entire process, I remain closely involved to ensure that we achieve the right match together.

As a person, I value transparency, building genuine connections, and managing expectations. I believe it is important that someone not only finds a new job, but truly feels they are in the right place. Creating that sustainable match between candidate and organisation is what gives me energy and satisfaction.
