With over 13 years of experience in the secondment and hiring market, I see how external hiring in much larger SME organisations grows along with the organisation. What starts out as straightforward eventually requires more structure and control. In my role as Director MSP at YER, I help organisations take that step in a calm and workable manner.

Based on daily practice with clients, YER has identified a need for an MSP approach that provides clarity without adding unnecessary complexity. That is why I work with a modular and scalable structure: live within four weeks, suitable for organisations with 30 to 300 external staff and expandable when the organisation is ready.

With a single point of contact, a carefully selected group of suppliers and active support from hiring managers, HR and procurement, external hiring becomes easier to organise.
