As a graduate in Applied Psychology, Occupational & Organizational Psychology, and a NOBCO-certified coach, it is my mission to make the working lives of professionals and trainees more successful, enjoyable, and vital. I have a passion for translating psychological theory into practical results.
With my experience as a recruitment & sales consultant, I am also well-equipped to maintain a helicopter view as a corporate coach and to consider the various interests of both the trainee and the organization.
My areas of expertise include motivational interviewing, solution-focused work, stress management/vitality, and career coaching. I do this through YER as well as my own practice, JS Coachpsycholoog. I also support consultants within the organization in deepening their expertise in recruitment through 'competency-based hiring'.
