I enjoy facilitating the placement of senior commercial profiles at both specialist and leadership levels (for example, Key Account Manager, Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, Commercial Director, General Manager), particularly for SMEs and family-owned businesses.

Compared to when I started in this profession, the approach has naturally evolved—now involving digital tools, state-of-the-art communication methods, and a sharper focus on specific profiles, all driven by a rapidly and continuously changing labor market.
