At YER, I work as a Senior Consultant within the Construction Business Unit, operating from our Utrecht office. In this role, I focus on supporting clients with a wide range of staffing challenges within the UTA domain (Executive, Technical, and Administrative professionals).

My working area covers the entire Randstad region, where I connect both clients and professionals within the construction sector. My primary focus is on filling positions through secondment, recruitment & selection, and freelance (ZZP) solutions.

Through my market knowledge and personal approach, I am able to quickly create the right match between supply and demand. I proactively advise clients on their staffing needs and provide sustainable solutions that align with both their short- and long-term objectives.
