As Recruitment Manager Operations, my focus is on the technical sector. Recruiting and supervising technical candidates for multinationals such as ASML, Philips, NXP and Bosch is very challenging. I focus on candidates with a Secondary vocational education+/Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering and Aviation Technology or similar. Making the right match between client and employee makes me enthusiastic and energetic.
I also find it important to build a good relationship with my candidates, I do this by listening carefully to the wishes and needs of them. Specific questions about wishes, ambition and qualities are central during a conversation.
