After completing a degree in Human Resource Management, I started working at YER in 2017. In 2022, I was invited to set up a new business unit dedicated to process engineering. Now I lead a team that specializes in recruiting A, B and C process operators, (shift) supervisors, team leaders, production leaders and other process engineering professionals. My ambition is to position the team strongly in the market and increase our brand awareness in the process industry. As a matchmaker, I am open and transparent with both clients and candidates. I listen carefully to their requirements, focus in on their respective ambitions and consider all possibilities. I am passionately committed to helping organizations advance and ensuring that candidates land their dream job. It is extremely gratifying for me when years later it turns out that they are still working together successfully and the candidate has been promoted.
