Are you ready to join ASML in the role of Junior Management Assistant?
As a Management Assistant, you provide reliable and well‑structured day‑to‑day support to managers and their teams. You help ensure that daily operations run smoothly by following established processes, keeping overviews up to date, and supporting managers in their departmental activities.
You work within clearly defined procedures and standardized routines, while gradually building insight into the broader organization. With guidance from senior assistant colleagues or your manager, you help align priorities and contribute to the success of leaders at Director, Senior Director and VP level.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, teamwork and being a dependable point of support in a dynamic and international environment.
What you will do
You support managers and teams through structured operational assistance:
Calendar & Email Support
- Plan meetings in the calendars of (senior) managers
- Book meeting rooms, facilitate logistics and track attendance across a complex stakeholder landscape
Travel & Expense Coordination
- Reactively initiate and request travel arrangements such as flights, hotels, transportation and visas
- Follow established procedures and align with relevant parties where needed
Hospitality, Facilities & Logistics
- Provide visitor support by arranging invitations and coordinating logistics
- Act as a point of contact for service desk, catering and facility teams
Meeting Support
- Prepare meeting agendas on request
- Take minutes and ensure follow‑up actions are documented and shared
Stakeholder Support
- Prioritize work based on incoming requests
- Work closely with multiple internal stakeholders to support team effectiveness
- Develop a basic understanding of stakeholder needs and internal processes

You will be working at ASML via YER. The following conditions apply:
- Contract for 32-40 hours a week
- Salary range between 3200 and 3900 euro gross per month (depending on experience)
- 25 vacations days and 8,33% holiday allowance
- Travel expenses

What you bring
- Vocational or Bachelor‑level education with relevant experience
- Basic but effective communication skills; fluent in English, Dutch is a plus
- Experience in a dynamic and preferably international working environment
- Proven ability to manage complex calendars
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and confidence in supporting hybrid meetings
- A structured, service‑oriented and flexible mindset
