Functie

Program Manager - Supply Chain - Warehousing & Distribution

In this role, you have the opportunity to:
• Collaborate with IT teams and Business Process Experts in Supply chain workstreams to ensure that program is on track.
• Being a change manager by clarifying the impact of the new ways of working including the process, IT applications to the deployment teams and are the content owners of the deployment materials (guidelines, work instructions and learnings) for the end-users for their process domain
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Expert (SME) across the world in their respective domain and ensure the people competencies, capabilities are in place to execute the standard solutions in their process domains and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Establish an accurate project performance tracking & reporting, with reference to project timelines, dependencies & owners.
• Facilitate the internal teams to help solve issues affecting the project by ensuring closer collaboration between internal and external partners like 3PLs, Suppliers, Carriers etc
• Perform a leading role together with Business Process Expert of warehousing & Distribution to deliver the project with quality and on time.

You are responsible for
• Serving as a liaison to the business community.
• Building a detailed deployment plan involving system testing, training, cutover & aftercare support.
• Collaborating in business transformations to provide expert support in diagnosis of processes within area of expertise.
• Collaborating with IT & master data teams to ensure readiness of system configuration for right technology and data solutions before start of testing and go-live.
• Leading a system & process implementation project in the domain of Integrated Warehousing and distribution involving integration with 3PL partners & carriers
• Mapping new solutions and ways of working and translate these into an implementation plan.
• Planning & facilitating the User Acceptance Test to validate that the solution works as designed together with SMEs and 3PL partners.
• Being a change agent by clarifying the linking impact of the new solutions and ways of working including the IT, data, people, process solutions.
• Facilitating learning, planning for process training by BPEs and supporting end user training & documentation.
• Engaging and sharing latest updates with respect to the function across stakeholders via different channels and tools
• Actively interacting with other BPEs to support collaboration
• Actively interacting with IT Business Analysts and Functional consultants.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
• Inspirational, empowering and inclusive leadership qualities with strong cultural awareness and attitude of agility
• 5+ years of relevant experience in Project management & project deployment in the domains of Supply Chain with a close focus on warehousing and distribution working closely with external partners like 3PLs & IT analysts
• Knowledge of working with EDI communication between SAP and WMS of 3PL and Warehouse Management System
• Basic SAP understanding (modules MM and SD), preferably in S/4 Hana
• Knowledge and understanding of Inventory management (inventory controls, movement, reconciliation), Returns management (incl. scrapping, refurbishment) & VAS activities (to stock, order, etc.)
• Working experience in consumer focused, complex, matrixed, multinational environment. Preferably with experience in consumer goods, online services, e-commerce, or mobile applications
• PMP certification (or similar) preferred
• Proactive and eager to learn

  • Work as a contractor: max. salary: €100k/year
  • Work as a freelancer: max. hourly rate: €85
