The Role: Where AI Strategy Meets Execution
This role sits within the Intelligent Transformation Office, a central function driving AI adoption across the organization.
You won’t be managing a single project.
You will operate in a landscape of ~180 high-complexity AI and data initiatives, where prioritization, alignment, and execution determine real business impact.
This is a high-leverage position focused on:
- Turning ambiguity into structured AI opportunities
- Deciding what gets built—and what doesn’t
- Ensuring solutions actually land in operations

You will:
- Prioritize under pressure
- Navigate a large pipeline of AI use cases and determine where to invest for maximum impact
- Operate at the intersection of business and engineering

- Drive adoption, not just delivery
- Ensure AI solutions are embedded in real processes—not left as pilots or dashboards
- Translate complexity into execution
- Convert business problems into actionable AI use cases and guide them through delivery

- Integrate governance, compliance, and risk considerations into programs without slowing innovation
Key Responsibilities
Engage with senior stakeholders to understand strategic roadmaps and translate them into AI opportunities
- Evaluate and prioritize use cases based on value, feasibility, risk, and organizational readiness
- Consolidate overlapping initiatives into structured, scalable programs
- Drive delivery of AI use cases in collaboration with technical experts and domain teams
- Represent the Intelligent Transformation Office and accelerate new ways of working

Your Profile
You are not a coordinator—you are a decision-maker and driver.
- 10+ years of experience in data, AI, or complex program delivery (industry or consulting)
- Proven track record leading end-to-end data/AI initiatives in enterprise environments
- Strong experience working with senior stakeholders (business + technical)
- Ability to prioritize using structured frameworks (ROI, feasibility, risk, data readiness)
- Solid understanding of data platforms, analytics, and modern AI (including GenAI / Agentic AI)
- Experience navigating organizational resistance and driving adoption
- Familiar with governance, compliance, and responsible AI principles
- Comfortable operating across delivery models (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
