We are looking for an energetic and creative Business Analyst who will play a key role in enabling the implementation and governance of AI systems within a large international banking environment.
In this role you will operate at the intersection of business, technology, and responsible AI, helping translate business needs into functional requirements while ensuring that AI systems meet high standards of data quality, governance, and compliance.
You will collaborate closely with product owners, developers, and global stakeholders to support the design, development, and continuous improvement of a global AI system inventory and workflow management platform.
Beyond day-to-day operations, you will contribute to an exciting transformation: redesigning and modernizing the current AI system inventory platform, helping shape the future vision and strategy for how AI solutions are governed and managed across the organization.
Your Responsibilities
- Translate business needs into functional requirements for AI system inventory and governance platforms.
- Work closely with product owners and DevOps teams to prioritize requirements and align with roadmap planning.
- Identify, model, and document business processes related to AI inventory management and workflows.
- Ensure data quality principles (accuracy, completeness, consistency) are embedded in AI governance processes.
- Collaborate with internal development teams to design solutions aligned with global standards and architecture guidelines.
- Act as a key stakeholder contact, ensuring alignment between business, technology, and governance teams.
- Support the continuous improvement of the AI platform and its operational processes.
- Help identify and remove impediments within the development process.
- Contribute actively to the future strategy and redesign of the AI System Inventory platform.
- Promote responsible AI adoption by ensuring compliance with governance, security, and regulatory standards.

Your Profile
- Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or similar.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in data-driven or IT environments.
- Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience working within Agile / Scrum / DevOps environments.
- Understanding of AI governance, compliance frameworks, and AI lifecycle management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in an international environment.
- Awareness of data quality principles and their importance in risk management and reporting.
- Proactive, collaborative, and comfortable working in dynamic and evolving environments.
