Coaching is intended to improve job performance and achieve personal and/or organisational goals. It is an excellent way of improving self-insight and teaching people how to make better use of their talents. This, in turn, leads to greater effectiveness and better performance. A coaching programme helps your employee(s) optimise performance and be of even greater value to your organisation.
We offer different types of coaching:
- Personal coaching: This programme is used to develop an individual employee's competencies and performance (e.g. customer focus, leadership, negotiation skills) or improve his or her ability to properly deal with conflict situations or stress.
- Career development coaching: In this programme, the employee's career is the main focus. We devote attention to the employee's capacities, personality, working style and motivations to get a good picture of his or her qualities and points of improvement. This makes it possible to map out further career steps.
- Team coaching: We work with your team to increase the focus on results and improve cooperation.
Coaching programmes are always completely tailored to suit the particular employee or employees. Naturally, we also take your organisational objectives into account when providing personal coaching and team coaching. The duration of the programme depends on the coaching need.
