Are you the HR Business Partner who can drive people strategy, support leaders, and strengthen teams within one of ASML’s most dynamic engineering environments?
As an HR Business Partner, you act as a strategic advisor for one or more departments within Development & Engineering (D&E), the largest sector at ASML. You collaborate closely with leaders and employees to translate HR priorities into impactful actions that enable organizational growth, leadership development and team performance.
Your key responsibilities:
Strategic Partner- Co‑shape business objectives and drive core people topics.
- Develop and execute workforce planning and organizational development initiatives.
- Advise on organizational design, team effectiveness and change.
- Provide expertise on performance, talent development and succession planning.
- Offer strategic HR advice grounded in business goals, culture and values.
- Coach managers and employees on growth, performance and wellbeing.
- Foster an inclusive, safe and inspiring workplace where people thrive.
- Promote inclusion & diversity, ethics and integrity in all HR decisions.
- Maintain strong relationships with employee representation bodies.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, supporting the engagement and success of employees.
- Lead and support organizational change and transformation programs.
- Organize offsites, team workshops and leadership interventions.
- Work with Learning & Development to deliver tailored learning solutions.
- Help embed ASML’s values: Challenge, Collaborate, Care.
- Execute key HR cycle activities with high quality and consistency.
- Support case management, employee relations and policy application.
- Collaborate with HR expert teams such as Recruitment, C&B and People Operations.
- Use HR data to provide insights and enable evidence‑based decision making.
- Ensure HR processes, governance and policies are understood and followed.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HRM, Organizational Studies, Business Administration or similar.
- 8+ years of HR experience with proven success as an HR Business Partner.
- Strong background in performance management, leadership coaching, organizational change and people development.
- Experience advising leaders at multiple organizational levels and implementing HR processes.
- Ability to navigate complexity, handle sensitive situations and tailor solutions.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong communicator: persuasive, empathetic and culturally aware.
- Customer‑focused and proactive in supporting managers and employees.
- Analytical, pragmatic and results‑oriented.
- High organizational sensitivity and sound judgment.
