Role and responsibilities
Design
- Analyse macro-level business L&KM needs and translate these into micro-level L&KM needs and objectives for a potential (set of) L&KM solution(s). Design comprehensive L&KM solutions that meet the identified needs and align with the organization's goals and objectives. This in accordance with enabling processes as agreed in L&KM process model. Focus is on Design and Development (D).
- Collaborate with Academies, Colleges, and relevant stakeholders to conduct cross Academy and College curriculum check and to gain insights on development needs of critical topics, skills, and competencies, to integrate in the design of L&KM learning solutions for critical roles in the workforce segments.
- Define and design, in close alignment with the sector/Academy Knowledge Manager, the end-to-end user experience journey of the L&KM learning solutions and ensure integration into the flow of work of the users.
Develop
- Organize, monitor, and review development of learning solutions and safeguard integration in the experience journeys.
- Collaborate with the L&KM business partner and act as an advisor to the business to ensure that the business needs critical to realize long term business strategy are translated into L&KM programs, architecture and solutions design, development, and delivery.
- Advise the business in identifying Learning Key Performance Indicator metrics critical for business success to identify gaps and measure learning impact.
Learning Technology
- Collaborate with the Global CoE in the vendor selection and decision process to develop or acquire L&KM learning and KM enablers such as technology, (blended) learning programs and learning journeys required for development of critical topics, skills, and competencies.
Learning & Knowledge Management
- Keep up with internal and external developments, include the latest learning, knowledge management & instructional design principles and concepts, and ensure development, transfer and retention of all knowledge and information supportive to the realisation of the objectives. Use/develop (external) reference/ network (L&KM Expertise, L&KM Community) and know-how that is state of the art in own area of expertise.
- Integrate knowledge management with the process of creating learning solutions and support best practice on knowledge capturing, availability and sharing. Enhance high quality knowledge assets and appropriate governance, standards and metrics.
- Actively participate in the ASML Academy Architecture CoP.

- Use/develop (external) reference/ network (L&KM Expertise, L&KM Community) and know-how that is state of the art in own area of expertise.

You will be working at ASML via YER. The following conditions apply:
- Contract for 32 hours a week
- Salary range between 6875 and 8500 euro gross per month (depending on experience)
- 25 vacations days and 8,33% holiday allowance

Education and experience
Academic level of thinking. Substantial general work experience and comprehensive job related experience in own area of expertise to fully competence level. Extended knowledge of learning & instructional design principles and concepts.
