We are looking for a resourceful and hands-on Management Support Project Coordinator with a passion for learning, project management and event organization.
The Management Assistant (MA) Community provides adequate and high quality support to ASML's senior management. This group exists out of more than 200 management assistants in ASML (Netherlands) which support over 580 senior managers. This group plays a crucial role in enabling collaboration between ASML's various departments and sectors, which ensures that ASML's senior management can function effectively and efficiently.
In this role, you will work in the Functional Management Support team for the MA Community. They serve as the backbone that keeps the Community consistent, compliant, and continuously improving across the organization. The Functional Management Support Team is consisted of three team members: The Community Lead, Community Coordinator and Faculty Lead. Together, they enable the MA Community to operate effectively by providing governance, tools, guidance, and coordination across people, processes and systems.
We are looking for a resourceful and hands-on Management Support Project Coordinator with a passion for learning, project management, and event organization, for a period of 6 months.
About the role
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager/Project Coordinator to join our team on a six-month fixed-term contract. This role will provide critical execution and delivery support across a range of projects within our Functional Management Support team while a senior team member is on long-term leave.
This position is suited to a generalist project manager/coordinator who thrives on bringing structure, momentum, and clarity to complex work, and who can confidently manage multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and deadlines. Experience in learning and development is desirable but not mandatory.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of multiple projects across the MA Community. From topics such as learning and development to event planning.
- Translate high-level objectives into clear project plans, timelines, and deliverables
- Track progress, risks, dependencies, and issues, and proactively escalate where needed
- Support the team with execution, prioritization, and day-to-day project management activities
- Prepare project documentation, updates and reporting for management and stakeholders
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to agreed standards
- Bring structure and consistency to project ways of working and processes

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Management Support, HR, or related fields.
- 5+ years of relevant work experience; project management experience in Learning & Development or community‑based environments is highly valued.
- Experience with planning and organizing events.
- Fluency in Dutch and business English, both spoken and written.
