In this role, you will drive the standardisation and improvement of HR processes, policies, and documentation on a global scale.
As HR Process Optimization Specialist, you analyse, refine, and optimise HR processes in collaboration with global stakeholders. You translate complex HR topics into clear, compliant, and practical documentation. With your interest in AI‑driven solutions, you support policy drafting, process mapping, and continuous improvement. This role requires strong stakeholder engagement, the confidence to challenge assumptions, and the ability to structure information in a scalable way.
Process & Policy Development
- Collect, compare, and analyse existing HR processes and policies across global and local environments.
- Draft, refine, and standardise HR policies ensuring clarity, consistency, and compliance.
AI‑Driven Optimization
- Use AI tools (e.g., Copilot) to support and accelerate the drafting and optimisation of process documentation.
- Develop frameworks for global vs. local applicability and support building a structured knowledge base.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate closely with Process and Content Owners to validate processes.
- Ask critical questions, challenge assumptions, and contribute to robust, scalable solutions.
Knowledge Management
- Maintain centralised documentation with proper structure and versioning.
- Link processes and policies for easy reference and continuous improvement.

You are a mid‑level HR professional with strong analytical, process‑driven, and collaborative skills. You enjoy bringing structure to complex information and exploring how AI can support process optimisation.
You bring:
- 2–5 years of experience in HR operations with exposure to process or policy work.
- A strong interest in AI and the drive to experiment with tools such as Copilot.
- Experience within large, complex organisations (e.g., ASML, Philips or similar).
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills; confident, proactive, and able to challenge assumptions.
- Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to structure information clearly.
