Job Description
Due to temporary gaps in the team, we are seeking a Learning Program Manager (LPM) to ensure continuity across key global learning initiatives, primarily Leadership, Sustainability and Finance learning programs. The interim LPM will maintain stakeholder alignment, drive project milestones, and ensure high-quality delivery of learning solutions during the period of coverage.
Key Responsibilities
Learning Project Management (Leadership, Sustainability & Finance)
- Lead ongoing Soft Skills, Talent and Leadership Projects
- Redesigning leadership programs to embed values, behaviours, leadership competencies, and DEI principles.
- Project Management, planning and execution of all soft skills, talent and leadership programs
- Extend support from a learning perspective to global talent Management Projects. For example- Performance and Rewards redesign
- Lead ongoing Global Sustainability learning initiatives across workstreams and stakeholder groups.
- Drive the Finance learning program, including content updates, stakeholder coordination, and reporting.
- Maintain project timelines, deliverables, and quality standards.
Stakeholder Engagement & Alignment
- Manage relationships with Global learning team, Business, and HR stakeholders
- Conduct regular check-ins (biweekly or as needed) to ensure alignment, gather input, and secure approvals.
- Document decisions, next steps, and risks, and follow through proactively.
Learning Design & Delivery Support
- Ensure learning solutions are tailored to stakeholder needs and business priorities.
- Design or refine slide decks, communications, and facilitator materials for workshops or virtual sessions.
Communication, Reporting & Governance
- Provide clear, concise updates to the Global Learning Director
- Ensure the Global Learning dashboard, trackers, and project documents are accurate and up to date.
Vendor & Partner Coordination
- Liaise with external learning partners as needed.
- Support scheduling, content alignment, contract needs, and delivery readiness.

Required Experience & Skills
Experience
- Highly experienced in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or Organizational Development.
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder learning projects.
- Global or cross-regional exposure strongly preferred.
- Prior experience with Leadership and Sustainability is an advantage.
Skills
- Strong project management discipline (planning, sequencing, stakeholder alignment).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to simplify and clarify.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage complexity and deliver high-quality outcomes under timelines.
- Strong facilitation and presentation design skills.
- Collaborative, solution-focused, and able to work independently.
