You will join PVH’s global Data & Analytics organization: home to three key pillars shaping the company’s digital intelligence:
- Data Science: Advanced analytics, machine learning, and experimentation
- Dashboarding Center of Excellence: Business intelligence, data storytelling, and self-service enablement
- Digital Delivery: Enterprise digital transformation, strategic programs, and the global operating model
Within this environment, you will work with the Global Digital Delivery team, drivers of PVH’s (Gen)AI strategy. As PVH accelerates its AI transformation in 2026, this team will lead the company through a crucial shift: equipping global teams with the tools, capabilities, literacy, and culture needed to unlock real business value from (Gen)AI.
The Role
We are looking for an AI & Community Senior Specialist who sees (Gen)AI not just as a technology, but as a catalyst for reinvention—of workflows, creativity, and how teams collaborate. This temporary role is central to enabling PVH’s AI program and building a thriving, engaged internal AI community.
You will support the Director and Manager in delivering PVH’s (Gen)AI strategy, bridging teams, shaping communications, strengthening adoption, and helping transform AI from “initiative” to “embedded capability.”

What you will do
AI Program Enablement
- Coordinate and track the global AI portfolio, ensuring transparency, alignment, and timely execution of initiatives
- Support the design and rollout of training, workshops, and awareness campaigns to elevate AI literacy across the organization
- Prepare program materials: presentations, documentation, and communications, for leadership engagement, capability sessions, and project updates
- Contribute to structured program management: monitoring milestones, risks, dependencies, and overall program rhythm
- Help build clarity in how AI creates impact in a global retail environment, from productivity to creative workflows
AI Community Building & Knowledge Ecosystem
- Build and sustain an internal AI community where teams can share, learn, and co-create
- Develop playbooks, guidelines, and best practices to help associates adopt AI responsibly and effectively
- Organize and facilitate community events: lunch & learns, demos, peer-sharing formats, that spark curiosity and accelerate adoption
- Maintain and scale a global use-case repository to highlight impact, avoid duplication, and encourage experimentation
- Gather insights from community members to help evolve the AI roadmap and drive continuous improvement
- Champion a culture where innovation, responsible AI, and experimentation become daily behaviors
Who you are
- A graduate in Business, Engineering, AI, Computer Science, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in analytics, AI-driven initiatives, digital transformation, project management, or community building
- Tech-savvy and knowledgeable about GenAI tools, LLMs, prompt engineering, and responsible AI concepts
- Driven by curiosity and experimentation; motivated to help others understand and apply AI
- Skilled at navigating cross-functional environments and partnering with diverse stakeholders
- Highly organized, with strong communication, facilitation, and documentation skills
- Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced, evolving digital landscape
- Able to turn complexity into clarity, especially in presentations and workshops
- Experience in apparel, retail, or global organizations is a plus
- Proficient in English
