As a Senior Security AI Specialist, you ensure that the organization’s assets remain secure, compliant and within risk appetite, while contributing to a rapidly evolving and highly innovative technology environment.
Role and Responsibilities
In this role, you help the organization effectively and efficiently address AI-related security risks. You coordinate the entire lifecycle of AI security assessments, evaluate the effectiveness of security controls and baselines, and ensure robust monitoring capabilities are in place.
In collaboration with the Security Data Analytics & Reporting teams, you design and implement meaningful management dashboards and reporting frameworks. You identify deviations, escalate when necessary, and take ownership of the resolution process.
You support leadership in preparing and executing operational plans, ensuring that stakeholders clearly understand the security strategy and objectives. You help define team targets, align priorities, and contribute to the successful execution of yearly planning activities. You play a key role in delivering security roadmap milestones and implementing AI & Information Security policies and standards.
You continuously review operations and introduce innovation, driving the implementation of organizational change and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:
- Continuously assess and improve AI security policies, standards and guidelines.
- Translate policy into operational procedures and AI security activities at tactical and operational levels.
- Build and maintain organizational knowledge on AI, Generative AI and Agentic AI within the security domain.
- Proactively share insights and guidance with stakeholders.
- Actively engage stakeholders, collecting feedback and communicating clearly and effectively.
Education and Experience
You are skilled in influencing, stakeholder engagement and relationship-building. You can navigate organizational resistance, operate independently, and manage multiple initiatives without losing sight of the bigger picture.
You bring:
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, IT, Cybersecurity, Internal Auditing, Data Science & AI).
- 4–9 years of professional experience with a focus on security, IT auditing or Information Security Management Systems (ISMS).
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM or CRISC.
- Experience defining and executing security baselines and assessments.
- A proven track record in security at a tactical level.
- Strong knowledge of security frameworks and standards such as NIST CSF, ISF Standard of Good Practice, IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-30, NIS2, ISO 27001/27002, etc.
- Deep understanding of current and emerging AI security technologies.
