Vanderlande is looking for a trusted HR Business Advisor
As an HR Business Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior managers (primarily B-2 and B-3 level), supporting the implementation of the people strategy at regional or country level. This role blends strategic HR partnership with hands-on delivery, offering guidance on team development, talent management, and people-related decisions. You will also provide tier 2 HR support on topics such as performance development, onboarding, and job transitions.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to advise on team development, talent strategy, and succession planning.
- Implement regional people strategy and escalate strategic needs to regional and global HR teams.
- Deliver high-quality HR support on complex cases and senior-level employee matters.
- Lead or mentor junior HR professionals (level 50/60) in projects or functional initiatives.
- Ensure consistent HR service delivery and contribute to policy improvements.
- Collaborate with HR colleagues to implement standard practices and maintain data accuracy.

What we offer?
This position offers a competitive salary range of €5700,- to €7800,- per month. On top of your fixed salary you’ll receive the following secondary benefits:
- 25 vacation days
- 8,33% holiday allowance
- Flexible working hours.
- A hybrid workplace (40% working from home and 60% in the office).

Your Profile
- Proven project management skills.
- At least 8 years of experience in senior stakeholder management within a complex corporate environment.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, changing environment.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- Experience in both strategic HR partnership and operational HR delivery.
