Our client is looking for a Marketing Lead Crypto to drive the visibility, positioning, and communications strategy of their Digital Assets business.
You’ll work closely with trading, business development, and leadership to shape how out client is perceived in the crypto and tokenization space—as a trusted market participant and long-term partner.
While the primary focus is on digital assets, you will also contribute to select firm-wide communications initiatives where coordination or consistency is required.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Positioning
- Evolve and strengthen Flow Traders’ brand narrative in digital assets
- Ensure consistent messaging, tone, and visual identity across all DA materials
- Translate strategy into clear, differentiated external communications
Strategic Communications
- Manage communications around partnerships, investments, and key initiatives
- Draft and coordinate press releases, speaker briefs, and talking points
- Support executive visibility and thought leadership positioning through media and event exposure
Content & Thought Leadership Coordination
- Manage the content calendar; coordinate internal and external contributors
- Ensure content aligns with strategic messaging and business priorities
- Oversee branding and messaging for key industry events and partner engagements
Digital & Social Presence
- Own X (Twitter) channel activity for digital assets, ensuring timely and relevant content
- Align with broader corporate messaging for LinkedIn while shaping DA-specific posts
- Plan and publish content around events, partnerships, and thought leadership
- Maintain a consistent, high-quality voice across platforms
Firm-wide Communications Support
- Contribute to cross-company communications beyond Digital Assets, where support is needed
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure consistent language, tone, and brand application across
- channels
- Support internal visibility, ad-hoc campaigns, and broader Flow Traders initiatives as required
Our client is a global trading firm driving transparency and efficiency in financial markets. They have offices all over the world but the headquarter is located in Amsterdam. - Salary: €6000 - €7000 a month
- Working at the Amsterdam office
Requirements:
- minimum of 5 years experience in marketing, brand, or communications
- highly preferred in experience crypto or digital assets environments
- strong knowledge of the English language, preferable also Dutch
- wide network in media or the crypto world is preferred
- available 32 or 40 hour a week
- start before 15 September
- live in the Amsterdam area (+30KM)
