Role and responsibilities
This role is part of the global Talent Acquisition (TA) Innovation and Solutions team. In this role, you are responsible for supporting the delivery of global change initiatives in the field of Talent Acquisition & Onboarding. Your responsibilities include:
- Work with candidates and new colleagues to understand their needs and wishes and translate those into value-add solutions.
- Support and deliver global change initiatives in the area of talent acquisition and onboarding, ensuring objectives, deliverables and timelines are met.
- Drive change management and communication activities for talent acquisition and onboarding change initiatives in the organization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across different sectors and countries to implement talent acquisition and onboarding solutions and drive continuous improvement.
You will be employed by YER and seconded to our client. We offer:
- A contract for 40 hours a week
- Salary range from €5800,- gross per month and up
- 25 vacation days per year
- Holiday allowance 8,33%
- Travel expenses or reimbursement public transportation

Education and Experience
- You have a MSc degree in the field of HR, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology (or similar) and you have 5+ years of experience within HR, preferably in projects or as a project manager.
- You have a strong affinity with talent acquisition and onboarding, moreover you are able to translate customer needs into workable solutions
- You have experience working in a complex matrix organization that operates on a global scale.
- You have prior experience with interim assignments.
