The Project Management Officer (PMO) role is positioned in the ABS Capability Center, part of ASML Business Services (ABS), a global business services organization delivering world-class transactional & operational support services. The Capability Center improves the rest of the ABS organization by executing projects to standardize, improve and automate processes and by bringing innovation. In this role you will support the implementation project of a new Contract Lifecycle Mgt. application which aims to optimize ASML-wide contracting processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide project management support, which includes creating / maintaining plannings, preparing and facilitating meetings, presentations and workshops.
- Create basic performance reporting and visualization and keeping proper administration of project resource claims
- Provide change management support, which includes preparing communication, support materials, and preparing stakeholder alignment presentations
- Support the project team in planning, tracking, and delivering key implementation milestones
- Support the project team by creating documentation for Portfolio Management key milestones
- Collaborate with functional teams (Legal, Procurement, Sales, IT, Finance) to ensure alignment of activities and timelines
- Track action items, work-out workshop details, follow up with stakeholders, and help drive timely completion of project deliverables
- Ad-hoc and diverse tasks within the project team to support the implementation and ensure meeting stretched deadlines
- Assist with software vendor and implementation partner coordination
You will be employed by YER and seconded to our client. We offer:
- A contract for 32-40 hours a week
- Salary range from €6300,- gross per month and up
- 25 vacation days per year

Qualifications:
- 7-10 years of experience in a project management or project management officer role within a multinational or complex organization
- Experience in supporting large scale transformation projects as project coordinator, project management officer (PMO) and/or business analyst
- Experience with project management tooling and Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint, Excel and Project Online
- Experience with participating in projects using waterfall and agile methodology. Good understanding of project management methodologies in general
- Experience in supporting enterprise system implementations
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; experience working across departments and cultures
- Team player with hands on mentality, proactive attitude and flexibility to support the team wherever needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, IT, or a related field, certified in project management is a plus (e.g. PRINCE2, PMBOK, Agile)
