About the Role
We are seeking an IAM professional with hands-on experience in One Identity to take a leading role in implementing and optimizing Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) across a large, dynamic technology division. This is a unique opportunity to shape authorization practices at scale using a cutting-edge Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platform.
As part of a newly established IAM Desk, you will use One Identity as the foundation for designing, coordinating, and maintaining robust RBAC models. Your work will directly contribute to improving security, compliance, and operational efficiency within the broader tech landscape.
Your Responsibilities
- Design & Implement RBAC Using One Identity: Develop and maintain role models and access structures within the One Identity platform to align with organizational needs.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with authorization specialists and stakeholders to ensure successful integration of RBAC across squads.
- Subject Matter Expert on One Identity: Serve as the go-to expert on One Identity, providing guidance, troubleshooting, and optimization insights for the platform.
- Reporting & Governance: Report to the Tech Control Office Manager and help steer IAM strategy alongside peers in risk, security, and compliance.
- Lead IAM Change: Champion the rollout of RBAC and contribute to continuous improvement of IAM processes, with a focus on One Identity capabilities.

What You’ll Work On
- Develop and update access roles in One Identity based on evolving needs
- Promote consistent use of authorization standards across the division
- Represent your division in broader IAM forums, ensuring alignment with enterprise policies
- Translate compliance requirements into access controls within the One Identity environment
- Solve complex authorization challenges and act as an advisor to stakeholders
About You
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in ICT or a related field
- 3+ years’ experience in IAM, with strong hands-on knowledge of One Identity Manager
- Proven experience implementing RBAC in large, complex environments
- Familiarity with IAM protocols and principles (authentication, authorization, provisioning)
- Understanding of security/risk frameworks (e.g., R-IC, SAM)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus
- Proactive, process-minded, and eager to take ownership
