Are you a strategic leader with a passion for building sustainable and impactful development programs? We’re looking for a Senior Program Manager to lead a global initiative focused on strengthening management capabilities.

As ASML continues to grow rapidly, they face a critical challenge: many managers are stepping into leadership roles to ensure success, we are running a globally aligned program that aims to equip managers with the essential skills, mindset, and tools to lead confidently and effectively. This initiative complements existing leadership development efforts and is designed to be inclusive, scalable, and impactful. Program scope is impacting cross functions / cross sectors. The program manager manages strategic executive stakeholders from multiple sectors with diverging interests. They manage a large team of specialists / program / project managers.

Role and responsibilities

• Lead and manage overall program management plan including scope, planning, budget and resources
• Work closely with the People Development Academy Lead, cross-functional teams, and assigned workstream leads to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, project plan, budget, and timing
• Manage senior stakeholders to drive an aligned view and approach for ASML
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure alignment, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Strong strategic thinking and execution skills, with a track record of delivering global initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Experience working in complex, matrixed environments.
• A passion for enabling leaders and driving meaningful organizational change.
• Manage program for optimal return-on-investment, and coordinate and delegate cross-program initiatives
• Identify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams and manage interdependencies within and outside of the program
• Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholders
• Work with workstream leads to identify and mitigate risks and issues as well as identify and capitalize on opportunities
• Coach workstream leads on delivery of their strategic, tactical and operational deliverables

Education and experience

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree, preferably in Business, Human Resources, or other related fields
• 12+ year of experience with a proven track record of shaping and leading transformational programs in organizations of a similar size and scope to ASML; experience in change management is an added benefit.
• Extensive experience in program management, leadership development, or organizational capability building.
• International mind-set with a proven ability to operate effectively in various cultures.
• Excellent leadership, change and project management skills with the potential to grow into broader management roles over time.
