ASML continues to grow rapidly, making effective learning and knowledge management essential to support both employees and customers. As Team Lead Knowledge Management, Innovation & Analytics, you will be responsible for leading the Knowledge Exchange & Innovation (KXI) team and helping deliver learning and knowledge solutions exactly when employees need them.
You will be part of the R&D Academy Leadership Team and work closely with other academy leaders, stakeholders across the global R&D organization, and the Learning & Knowledge Management Center of Expertise.
In this position, you will balance people leadership, stakeholder management, innovation, and operational execution. You will guide a team of professionals, support their development and well-being, and drive the implementation of the academy's roadmap while increasing the impact and scalability of Learning & Knowledge Management solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Knowledge Exchange & Innovation (KXI) team
- Drive and operationalize the KXI roadmap
- Implement the Self-Service Model for the business
- Integrate Knowledge Management into the Learning ecosystem
- Drive re-use and support the introduction of modular learning design
- Increase academy scalability through learning technologies, AI, and innovation
- Build AI and technology capabilities within the learning team
- Develop and implement KPIs, dashboards, and analytics for the academy and the Development & Engineering sector
- Promote data-driven decision-making and ROI measurement of learning programs
- Align with academy-wide initiatives, best practices, and ways of working across ASML
Context of the Position
The R&D Academy is part of a network of eight academies within ASML and supports approximately 17,000 employees worldwide. The academy reports into the Development & Engineering sector and focuses on strengthening technical leadership and delivering scalable learning and knowledge solutions.
The Team Lead reports to the Head of the R&D Academy and is a member of the academy's leadership team.
