Introduction to the job
We’re looking for a new team member to help us keep our way of working clear, up-to-date, and easy to understand for everyone in our Development and Engineering (D&E) department. Next to these responsibilities we expect you to engage actively with our role-based Communities of Practice (CoPs) to identify needs and exchange updates.
At ASML, we use a special approach called the ASML Development Model (ADM) to guide how we develop our products and work together as teams. This model combines the basics of how ASML works with modern Agile methods. It helps us stay organized, plan better, and keep people engaged.
Since 2018, we’ve been improving and implementing this model to make sure it supports our fast-growing company. We want to keep doing what made us successful, while also getting better at working together, delivering value faster, and keeping our customers happy.
Your role will be to:
- Make sure the information about our way of working is always correct and easy to find.
- Help improve how we explain and share this information through platforms such as Microsoft SharePoint and via our communities.
You’ll be part of a team that plays a key role in helping ASML grow in a smart and efficient way.
Role and responsibilities
Investigate and eliminate content duplication to establish a single source of truth.
- Update content across platforms (SharePoint / Confluence), for instance when blueprints are updated.
- Engage with Communities of Practice (CoP) to identify needs and exchange updates.
- Support our community (pool) of trainers and facilitators.
You will be hired by YER and work for ASML. The following conditions apply:
- A contract for 32-40 hours a week
- Starting salary starting at €5800,-
- 25 holidays
- 8,33% holiday allowance

Education and experience
- Hbo/Bachelor
- Proficient with SharePoint / Confluence / wiki type of platforms.
- At least 3+ years of work experience.
- Affinity with learning & development, content management and communities.
