As the company continues to grow, we are seeking additional team members for our Engineering department. In the role of Senior Construction Engineer, you will share responsibility for ensuring the final design of a yacht is completed on time and to the highest standards.
You’ll work closely with other engineers and report directly to the Lead Construction Engineer. Your daily responsibilities will include tasks such as detailed engineering, creating 3D models, and preparing various datasheets for the project assigned to your team.
The Construction division within the Engineering department focuses on the engineering required to build the hull and related components. As a Senior Construction Engineer, you will manage a group of engineers working within a project team.
To guarantee a seamless engineering and production process, you’ll collaborate regularly with engineers from other disciplines, such as Mechanical Engineering, Interior, Exterior, and Special Engineering. You'll uphold the company´s standards and quality throughout the project. Additionally, you’ll help oversee the flow of information to and from the production team, ensuring production schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met efficiently and effectively.

The shipyard delivers world-class yachts that are highly sought after for their elegance, performance, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Competitive salary ranging from €4.000 to €5.000 per month (based on knowledge and experience).
- 38 days off (25 vacation days and 13 ADV days for full-time employment).
- Travel allowance based on €0.23 per kilometer for commuting distance.

- You have a solid understanding of the full construction lifecycle of seaworthy (super) yachts and are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- You are skilled in CAD software, including NX, Team Centre, and other relevant programs.
