The International Sales Engineer (Heating & Refrigeration) position, based in Den Bosch, Netherlands, is a varied and dynamic job, involving the design and sales of industrial refrigeration projects and sustainable solutions within the Heating & Refrigeration Solutions division.
Your main activities are focused on, but not limited to, the food, dairy and beverage industries. You will form part of an established team comprising technical sales managers and proposal engineers. You will actively contribute to the success of the department both operationally and strategically and take full responsibility for your sales enquiries from design stage, detailed costing and subsequent handover to the execution team.
You report to the Senior Director International Sales & Sales Support.
As International Technical Sales Engineer your tasks and responsibilities include:
- Maintaining and expanding customer relations with key accounts and multinationals on an international level
- Maintaining and developing collaborations with GEA process divisions, creating holistic and sustainable customer solutions
- Focusing on customer's strategic objectives and optimizing partnership opportunities, enabling GEA objectives to be met
- Dealing with strategic, tactical, and technical issues and identifying and selling new opportunities for GEA in heating and cooling solutions
- Maintaining contacts within GEA at both divisional and global level, ensuring optimal cooperation in the sales process
- Drawing up the sales plan and keep abreast of the market situation and worldwide developments within the industry

Turnkey cooling and heating installations, tailor-made engineering systems, compressors and compressor packages, control systems, and heat pumps are all products GEA offers to meet the clients' needs

- Gross monthly salary of € 4.500 - € 7.000 based on quality and experience

The right candidate possesses the following:
- A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Energy Technology or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years' experience in (industrial/ commercial) refrigeration
- An innovative, creative and result-driven personality, and collaborative capabilities
- Willingness to travel internationally as required in the position
- Customer focus/ commercial skills
- Experience in an international working environment is a plus
- Good command, both spoken and written, of the English language
