As part of our service, we offer a choice of employment options to meet your organizational needs. These different candidate contract services enable you to fill your job opening in the way that suits you best. Our services for the yacht building industry include: 

  • Temporary employment: The candidate is employed by YER and assigned to one or more projects within your organization on a temporary basis.
  • Temp-to-perm: The candidate is initially employed by YER. At the end of this contract, the candidate is offered a permanent role within your organization.
