Together with the marketing team and country sales organizations, you will develop integrated marketing mix plans. You will initiate, develop and coordinate marketing activities to reflect the overall marketing strategies and plans. Furthermore, you will facilitate country-specific marketing needs, work on brand management and coordinate events and trade shows. You will investigate and identify new marketing technologies and expansion of activities and improve the effectiveness of all marketing tools. You will also support the translation of the regional marketing objectives into an annual communication/PR strategy, specifying required deliverables and projects, according to the guidelines.

You will work in a new, full-time global position (3 days from our refurbished European HQ in Amsterdam, opposite Amsterdam Amstel station, and 2 days from home). The working environment is entrepreneurial, dynamic, challenging, and international and you will work with great brands in a flat organization characterized by rapid decision-making. AOC offers you a dynamic, inspiring, and international working environment. You will travel to different countries in Europe once or twice a month.
You have an international background and a bachelor’s in marketing and/or communications or a comparable level of education through another form of training or experience. Furthermore, you bring 3+ years of experience, including a proven track record in marketing and campaign management. Your English is impeccable, and you have excellent project management skills. Affinity with the gaming industry would be nice but is not required. Along with this, you bring:
- Ability to execute communication plans
- Experience in establishing and assuring adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans and performance requirements
- Ability to monitor effectiveness of MarCom plans
