In this role, you have the opportunity to
Design and deliver comprehensive leadership and generic skills training programs to our employees (digital delivery). Youll be responsible for reviewing existing webinars, designing new webinars and delivering a high standard of training.

We are looking for someone who has comprehensive knowledge and understanding of training processes and techniques, including needs analysis, planning, design, delivery, and evaluation.

You are responsible for
• Design and delivery of leadership and generic skills training programs in a (virtual) classroom setting, on topics: feedback, digital mindset, data focus, resilience, team work, delegation e.a.
• Instructional design of learning content such as presentations, e-learnings, manuals or quick guides, etc.
• Course development activities, and participate in the course development and/or revision process.
• Organizing classroom availability set up and course attendance logistics for courses delivered.
• Completing course administration and other reports, including learner attendance and non-attendance, assessment of performance, action plans, evaluation records, course summaries, and similar.

You are a part of
Our global Talent, Learning & Organizational Effectiveness team. Your primary stakeholders are business leaders and functional Faculty Leads. You will collaborate strongly with a variety of other cross-functional teams & stakeholders such as HRLT and HRBPs and external learning providers.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
• 5+ years of proven experience in traditional classroom and virtual delivery skills
• 2+ years course development
• Knowledge of adult learning principles
• Experienced in working with digital learning content: videos, books, to create digital learning journeys
• Experienced in using e-learning software and learning curation tools
• Highly competent with MS PowerPoint
• Fluent in English, verbal and written
• Flexible, constructive, can-do mentality; ability to work in a fast-paced team
