Position Description
The Management Assistant will be responsible for the administrative and organizational management of Kendrion’s Amsterdam based head quarter. The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks, will be exceedingly well organized and flexible, and will enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting a small office of 17 diverse people and numerous programs. The position requires a motivated team player who demonstrates dedication, self-direction and uncompromising attention to detail.
The successful candidate will work closely with the CEO, CFO and the Kendrion Leadership Team to support the business efficiently and to coordinate and perform daily administrative and office management tasks with a solid understanding of how to best support the company’s overall goals. The position involves coordination and management of executive calendars, travel arrangements, frequent communication and coordination with Kendrion staff in the various subsidiaries in Europe, the US, China and India. Outstanding spoken and written communication to include excellence in spelling, grammar and proofreading in English is required. In short, this individual must be able to function effectively in a variety of roles within a dynamic environment under minimum supervision. The ideal candidate has previous experience within a corporate environment and is adept at evaluating and implementing technology and automation tools to support smooth operations at every level.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the CEO and CFO with daily schedule and duties, to include managing calendar, commitments, and travel
- Annual planning and coordination of (international Kendrion Group meetings, such as Management Team, Leadership Team, Supervisory Board, Top 50, meeting etc.)
- General support to Kendrion Amsterdam
- Perform general office/facilities management duties to including managing the inventory of office supplies and maintaining office facilities and equipment by assisting with procurement, routine maintenance and upkeep

Profiel
Skills and Experience
- At least 5 years of experience as Executive Assistant and/or Office Manager
- Affinity with an international business environment
- Demonstrated organizational skills; attention to detail; ability to manage complex tasks and prioritize competing demands in order to meet deadlines
- Outstanding oral and written English communication skills, including an affinity for international networking and presentation
- Excellent numeracy and MS Office skills
- Oral and written German language skills are desirable but not required
