Job Mission

As a Learning Solution Designer within the ASML IT & Data sector, you play a key role in enabling organizational capability development through the design, development, and implementation of effective learning solutions. You support employee onboarding, professional growth, knowledge transfer, and strategic transformation initiatives by creating engaging, scalable, and business-aligned learning experiences.

Working closely with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, and the Learning & Knowledge Management team, you translate learning needs into impactful learning journeys that enhance operational excellence and support the continuous improvement ambitions of the IT & Data organization.

Key Responsibilities

Learning Design & Development

• Design and develop high-quality digital learning solutions, including e-learning modules, learning journeys, job aids, and performance support materials.
• Apply instructional design methodologies to create effective and engaging learning experiences.
• Develop instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced learning interventions tailored to diverse learner audiences.
• Ensure learning solutions align with organizational standards, business objectives, and learner needs.

Stakeholder & Project Management

• Partner with subject matter experts and business stakeholders to identify learning requirements and performance gaps.
• Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder alignment meetings.
• Manage learning development projects from needs analysis through design, development, testing, deployment, and evaluation.
• Coordinate multiple learning initiatives simultaneously while maintaining quality and timelines.

Learning Operations & Deployment

• Create, maintain, and update learning content within learning management systems (LMS) and content authoring platforms.
• Support onboarding programs, early career initiatives, and professional development curricula.
• Maintain learning documentation, curriculum frameworks, competency pathways, and learning catalogs.
• Contribute to communication and adoption activities promoting learning opportunities across the IT & Data organization.

Continuous Improvement & Knowledge Management

• Monitor learning effectiveness through learner feedback, adoption metrics, and learning analytics.
• Recommend and implement improvements to learning solutions based on business and learner insights.
• Support strategic transformation initiatives by providing learning enablement and change management support.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of learning standards, best practices, and knowledge-sharing frameworks.

Education & Experience

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Learning & Development, Educational Sciences, Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Alternatively, equivalent professional experience and demonstrated working and thinking level.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Learning Design, Instructional Design, or a comparable role.
• Proven experience designing and implementing both digital and instructor-led learning solutions.
• Experience working in complex business environments, preferably within IT, Data, Technology, or Engineering domains.
• Hands-on experience with learning content authoring tools, specifically:

-Articulate Rise 360

-Articulate Storyline 360

• Experience collaborating with business stakeholders and subject matter experts.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
