About the Opportunity
ASML is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support the Business Process Improvement (BPI) organization during a period of organizational transformation and leadership renewal.
BPI plays a critical role in enabling ASML's strategic ambitions by driving large-scale, cross-sector business transformations. The organization consists of approximately 200 professionals based in Veldhoven and is responsible for some of ASML's most impactful transformation initiatives, including enterprise-wide ERP and SAP implementations, business process optimization, and data-driven transformation programs.
As HR Business Partner, you will work closely with the Head of HR for BPI, supporting senior leaders and executives in navigating organizational change, people development, performance management, and complex employee relations matters. With over half of the BPI leadership team being relatively new, the organization is evolving from its current state into its next phase, creating a unique opportunity to contribute to the future direction, governance, culture, and ways of working within BPI.
This role requires a strong combination of strategic HR partnering, change management expertise, stakeholder management capabilities, and experience supporting transformation programs.

Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a complex international organization.
- Proven experience supporting senior leaders and executive-level stakeholders.
- Strong background in organizational change, transformation, and change management.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex employee relations cases.
- Experience with program or project management, preferably in transformation environments.
- Experience supporting business, IT, digital, data, engineering, technology, or transformation-focused organizations.
- Experience within large multinational and matrix organizations is strongly preferred.
