De positie
As HR Process Optimization Specialist, you play a key role in a global HR transformation project aimed at harmonising and optimising HR processes across multiple countries. You analyse local and global HR processes, identify opportunities for standardisation, and help translate complex information into practical improvements.
Working closely with international HR teams and stakeholders, you facilitate workshops, coordinate project activities, and support change initiatives. You also explore how AI tools, such as Copilot, can support process documentation, policy development, and knowledge management.
Your responsibilities:
- Analyse and compare HR processes across countries and regions.
- Identify gaps between local practices and global standards.
- Assess local legal and compliance requirements.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and stakeholder discussions.
- Coordinate project activities and support change management efforts.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Support the optimisation of processes, policies, and documentation using AI tools.
- Maintain structured process documentation and knowledge repositories.

You are a mid‑level HR professional with strong analytical, process‑driven, and collaborative skills. You enjoy bringing structure to complex information and exploring how AI can support process optimisation.
You bring:
- 3-7 years of experience in HR project management, HR transformation, process optimisation, or organisation development.
- Experience working in a complex, international organisation.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience facilitating workshops and meetings.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to structure complex information.
- Excellent English language skills.
- A proactive and well-organised working style.
- Affinity with AI tools such as Copilot.
- Experience with HR process harmonisation or change management is a plus.
