HR Process Optimization Specialist

The HR Process Optimization Specialist is responsible for connecting local HR expertise with global standards by driving process harmonization, knowledge management, and policy governance initiatives. In this role, you will:

• Drive and support projects focused on standardizing HR processes and establishing a global way of working.
• Capture, document, and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and local deviations from global standards.
• Analyze process variations and identify opportunities to simplify, optimize, and standardize ways of working across the organization.
• Contribute to the creation, review, publication, and continuous improvement of HR policies, procedures, work instructions, and employee-facing content.
• Ensure alignment between policies, process documentation, knowledge articles, and governance requirements.
• Collaborate closely with Knowledge Managers, Content Owners, and HR stakeholders to maintain high-quality and accessible HR information.
• Leverage AI and digital solutions to improve HR knowledge management, self-service capabilities, and process documentation.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, training sessions, and project communications to support adoption and change.
• Build strong relationships with global, regional, and local HR teams to drive engagement, consistency, and continuous improvement.
• Support a consistent, accurate, and accessible HR experience for employees and HR professionals worldwide.

You bring:

• Experience with knowledge management, process documentation, policy governance, or continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong technical affinity with AI and digital tools, combined with experience in large and complex organizations such as ASML, Philips, Vanderlande, or similar.
• 2-5 years of experience in HR Operations, Knowledge Management, Process Optimization, or Project Management.
• Experience working with HR processes, policies, and stakeholder management in an international environment.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to drive process improvement and standardization initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong technical affinity and interest in AI-enabled solutions.
• Analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
