We are looking for a highly organized and proactive PMO Specialist to strengthen a ERP Implementation Program.
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive PMO specialist professional to strengthen our ERP Implementation Program. In this role, you support program governance, planning, reporting, and cross workstream coordination to enable successful delivery of a large-scale transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain program governance routines and support steering committee preparation.
- Operational Manage the integrated program plan, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Track risks, issues, and actions (RAID) and support mitigation planning.
- Produce weekly/monthly dashboards, KPIs, and executive reports.
- Consolidate status updates into clear reports and dashboards for leadership.
- Facilitate cross team alignment, workshops, and decision-making sessions.
- Maintain PMO standards, templates, and documentation quality.
- Track ownership and follow up actions.
- Schedules appointments and ensures that attendance at meetings is at the right

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Project Management, or similar.
- 3–5 years of PMO or project/program support experience in complex environments.
- Experience within ERP implementation programs (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is a strong plus.
- Strong understanding of planning, reporting, and RAID processes.
- Excellent command of Dutch and English (verbal and written).
- Expert in PowerPoint and creative with visuals— able to translate complex information into strong executive presentations.
- Skilled with PM tools (MS Excel, MS Project, Power BI, Planner, etc.).
- Strong organizational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
