We are supporting Orffa in the search for a highly skilled AI & Digital Enablement Specialist who can drive the company’s next phase of digital advancement.
This is a role for an applied AI professional with 3–5 years of hands-on experience, capable of independently designing, building, and deploying AI agents while embedding practical AI solutions across the organization. You will collaborate cross-functionally and across regions to accelerate AI adoption and deliver measurable business impact.
As an AI & Digital Enablement Specialist, you will lead the development and integration of custom AI agents, optimize business processes, and ensure AI tools (including Microsoft Copilot and other LLM‑based solutions) are used effectively throughout Orffa. You stay closely connected to the fast‑evolving AI landscape and translate the latest developments, risks and opportunities into clear, actionable recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize opportunities to embed AI and automation across departments and regions
- Build, configure and deploy custom AI agents aligned with Orffa’s processes
- Integrate AI into SAP ERP, CRM, Microsoft 365 and digital workflows
- Collaborate cross‑functionally and internationally to ensure alignment and adoption
- Develop policies, guidelines, and best practices for responsible and secure AI use
- Stay current with global AI developments and advise on strategic implications
- Improve and redesign business processes through automation and workflow optimization
- Train and support colleagues of different backgrounds and age groups in adopting AI responsibly
- Evaluate AI tools and manage relationships with external vendors
- Translate business objectives into concrete, AI‑driven improvements
This is not a research role. It is a hands‑on, impact‑driven specialist position, with a strong focus on practical implementation, problem‑solving and organizational enablement.

Orffa offers a challenging position in an organization where initiative and autonomy are highly valued. You will have significant independence in shaping Orffa’s AI landscape and in building scalable AI capabilities across a future‑oriented organization.

- A salary up to €5,500 gross per month (excluding holiday allowance and bonus)

- Master’s degree in AI, Data Science, Computer Science or Business Information Systems or a Bachelor’s with strong demonstrated experience in applied AI
- 3–5 years of experience in applied AI or digital enablement
- Demonstrated capability in building and deploying AI agents (required)
- Proficiency with LLMs, orchestration frameworks, workflow automation and integration tooling
- Experience with ERP/CRM integration (SAP is a plus) and Microsoft 365
- Strong communication skills; able to guide and inspire colleagues during change
- Pragmatic, result‑oriented, and comfortable working independently
- Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
