The RoleAs Senior Manager, HR Business Partner, you’ll act as a strategic advisor and coach to senior leaders, helping shape the people agenda and drive organizational effectiveness. You’ll lead initiatives in talent management, change, culture, and workforce planning, while ensuring alignment with PVH’s global HR strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Co-create and implement people strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing future-focused HR solutions.
  • Drive organizational design and change management initiatives.
