Multidisciplinair role
- As Field Service Coordinator, you will oversee day-to-day operational coordination within the field service environment
- Planning and execution of field service activities
- This includes preventive maintenance activities and Ad Hoc service
- Making sure the correct processes are followed and the Field Service engineers deliver excellent quality
- Identify areas of improvement and propose solutions
- Build relationship with customers
- Understand the needs of the customer
- Keep customers up-to-date with planned activities and results
- You will need to build a good working relation not only with the service department personnel but also with relevant people in production and engineering as their support is often needed to successfully prepare and complete field service activities.
